1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EDH Playgroup (the "Service"), including the website and Discord bot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EDH Playgroup is a statistics tracking platform for Magic: The Gathering Commander (EDH) games. The Service allows you to:

  • Track game results and player statistics via Discord and the web dashboard
  • Manage decks and view performance metrics
  • Participate in playgroup seasons and tournaments
  • Earn achievements based on gameplay milestones
  • View analytics and insights about your playgroup

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with Discord to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not to:

  • Upload or transmit malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that data as necessary to operate the Service. This includes game statistics, deck information, and other gameplay data shared within your playgroups.

You can delete your personal data at any time from the Account page. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is removed and what may be retained in anonymized form.

6. Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering and related properties are owned by Wizards of the Coast LLC. EDH Playgroup is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted data) are the property of EDH Playgroup and its licensors.

7. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDH PLAYGROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your personal data via the Account page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
